INTERNSHIPS
All positions, while unpaid, provide active training, resume-building, mentorship, and on-the-job experience. In addition, interns enjoy these benefits:

Candidates will interview with the BFest team and if selected must be available for at mandatory Zoom meeting prior to the event.
All interns must commit to working at least 8 hours the day of the event, (approximately 3:30pm to 11:30pm/times will vary).
No experience necessary, just desire and interest in the music and or fashion industry.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS

SOCIAL MEDIA/ MARKETING
- Create, and maintain social marketing plans.
- Identify key influencers and raise brand awareness.
- Promotional content
- Improve market inking a sales effort
- Must be organized and reliable

STYLISTS
- Possess a keen understanding of fashion and trends.
- Advises clients on dynamic stylizing for visuals.
- Coordinates with photographers, make up artists , hairstylists, and other industry professionals in order to develop comprehensive looks.
- Must be flexible and creative.

PHOTOGRAPHER
- An artist with a camera
- Provides high quality images that reflect high fashion
- Collaborates with marketing and design team
- Attention to detail

VIDEOGRAPHER/ EDITOR
- Captures action on camera
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with production staff, models, and musical talents
- Edit short videos to reflect the events

SALES/ MARKETING
- Develop marketing strategies and implementation for tickets sales

EVENT PRODUCTION CREW - Lighting Engineer, Sound Engineer, Set Up and Strike Crew
