All positions, while unpaid, provide active training, resume-building, mentorship, and on-the-job experience. In addition, interns enjoy these benefits:

Candidates must be available for a minimum 3-month term, and commit at least 10-15 hours per week. A weekly schedule will be discussed as part of the interview process, based on the candidate’s availability and BF’s needs. Some nights and weekends may be required.

No experience necessary,  just desire and interest in the music and or fashion industry. 



- Create, and maintain social marketing plans.

- Identify key influencers and raise brand awareness.

- Must be organized and reliable 



-  Possess a keen understanding of fashion and trends. 

- Advises clients on dynamic stylizing for visuals.

- Coordinates with photographers, make up artists , hairstylists, and other industry professionals in order to develop comprehensive looks.

- Must be flexible and creative.

- Edit short videos to reflect the events
